On June 11th, our team will begin reaching out to patients by phone. We will be contacting those who had to postpone or could not be seen for their Orthodontic appointments. Please wait for us to call you to schedule your appointment so that we may do so in a way that properly prioritizes both appointment date and type. Please be assured that we will do everything possible to get your appointment back on the schedule in the most efficient and secure manner.

This will be a gradual re-opening as we have enacted additional safeguards and appointment protocols in our office to ensure reliable and exceptional care. As part of those measures the reception area has become a touch-free, non-communal area. Our already strict cleaning, disinfection, and sterilization regimen has been further enhanced by enacting additional infection control measures used before and after every patient. We will also be wearing additional certified personal protective equipment.

The following protocols added to our appointment policies will be discussed with you during our appointment-setting phone call.

Prior To Your Appointment

Please inform our office, if you exhibit cold or flu symptoms or have been in contact with symptomatic individuals. We will reschedule the appointment to a later date.

All patients must complete COVID-19 consent and screening forms prior to the scheduled appointment. These forms are available above and can be returned via email to info@ortho-ladies.com. We will need the supplemental Health Questionnaire complete no sooner than 2 hours prior to your appointment.

Please take your temperature within 2 hours of your appointment. A temperature of 100.4 F or greater constitutes a fever, and the appointment will be postponed.

Consider bringing a sweater or warm clothes to the appointment. Indoor temperatures will be kept lower for staff donned in personal protective equipment.

Upon Arrival To Your Appointment

Please remain in your car, and call the office to let a front office team member know you have arrived. We will call you back on the cell phone number you provide when it is time to enter the office for the appointment.

Patients arriving later than 10 minutes will only receive an examination and limited service to allow adequate time to prepare for the next patient. Or they may be rescheduled.

All patients must wear a mask to the appointment.

All patients must use hand sanitizer in the reception area upon entry.

Temperatures will be taken at check-in and screening questions will be reviewed by a team member.

Please limit the number of people attending the appointment. For patients who are not able to come by themselves, those accompanying them will not be able to remain in the reception area and will be informed when the appointment has ended.

All patients will be asked to rinse with a pre-procedural mouthwash when entering the treatment area and we ask that you brush your teeth before coming to the office.

Upon Completion of Your Appointment

There are designated standing areas at check-out to maintain social distancing.

You will receive a phone call or text message after your appointment to check on your health status, please respond to our office when a message is left.
